What Our PC Build Service Includes
You supply the parts. We turn them into a working, tested PC.
- Compatibility check. Before anything is unsealed we confirm the processor, motherboard, memory, cooler and case all work together, so a wrong part can still be exchanged.
- Assembly. Processor, cooler and thermal paste, memory, storage, graphics card and power supply fitted in the right order.
- Cable management. Cables routed behind the motherboard tray so air can move and the build looks finished.
- Firmware and memory settings. The motherboard firmware is updated if the processor needs it, and the memory is set to run at its rated speed.
- Stress test. The processor, memory and graphics card are run under load to confirm the PC is stable and temperatures are sensible.
- Windows, if you want it. A clean Windows 11 install with drivers and updates can be added to the build.
Common Build Mistakes We Fix
- Memory sticks not pushed fully home, or in the wrong pair of slots.
- The processor power cable at the top of the motherboard left unplugged.
- The monitor plugged into the motherboard when a graphics card is fitted.
- Front-panel wires on the wrong pins, so the power button does nothing.
- The plastic film left on the cooler’s base, which makes the processor overheat within seconds.
- A motherboard that needs a firmware update before it recognises a newer processor.
Before You Bring Your Parts In
A few things that make the build quicker and protect your warranty on the parts.
- Send us the parts list first. A WhatsApp message with the list lets us spot a mismatch before you have travelled.
- Keep every box and manual. Spare screws, cables and warranty cards live in those boxes.
- Leave sealed parts sealed. If we are building it, there is no need to open the processor or apply paste yourself.
- Bring your Windows licence details. If you already own a licence, have the key or account to hand.
- Tell us what the PC is for. Gaming, editing or quiet office work each call for different fan and power settings.
What not to do: never force a connector or a cooler bracket. Bent processor pins and a cracked motherboard are the costliest mistakes in any build, and neither is covered by the part’s warranty.

When a Self-Build Needs Help
Stop and bring it in when you see any of these.
- Fans spin but the screen stays black. The PC has failed its POST. A small debug light on the motherboard usually shows which part it is stuck on.
- It powers on for a second and cuts out. Often a short circuit, a cooler that is not seated, or a power cable in the wrong socket.
- You see a spark or smell burning. Unplug it and do not try again.
- A processor pin is bent. It can sometimes be straightened, but not with tweezers at home.
- Temperatures hit 90°C as soon as it starts. The cooler is not making contact.
