Most desktop repairs at our Bugis shop cost between $40 and $80 — upgrades start from $39 plus parts. Diagnosis is free when you proceed with the repair, and we confirm the exact price with you before any work starts.
Most repairs are completed in 1–3 days, and many jobs — cleaning, thermal paste renewal, SSD or RAM upgrades, and Windows reinstalls — are done the same day you drop the PC off.
It depends on the fault and the machine’s age. Simple fixes like an SSD upgrade or repaste can add years of life cheaply. But if the repair would cost more than about half the price of a comparable tested desktop, we’ll tell you honestly and point you at a refurbished replacement instead — office PCs from $550 or gaming PCs from $750.

Usually only if the fix is cheap. A 10-year-old PC often cannot run Windows 11, and its parts are near the end of their life.
